Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices and be committed to building a positive work environment that aligns with the company’s culture and goals. This role involves end-to-end recruitment management, managing employee relations, designing policies, coordinating audits, and supporting global brand visibility through strategic event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection:
Provide end-to-end recruitment management, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates.
Facilitate campus placement drives to attract top talent from leading institutions.
Onboarding & Induction:
Conduct thorough HR induction sessions to align new hires with company policies and culture.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Implement and manage employee rewards and recognition programs to boost engagement.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Analyze exit interview data to refine retention strategies and enhance employee satisfaction.
Training & Development:
Organize and deliver training programs to ensure employees are up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Policy Development:
Design and implement new HR policies as and when needed, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
Compliance & Record Management:
Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate Sedex audits, ensuring adherence to ethical trade standards.
Trademark & Intellectual Property:
Assist in trademark management and intellectual property protection for the company.
Event & Communication Strategy:
Plan and execute communication strategies and budgets for international exhibitions and trade shows to enhance brand visibility on a global scale.
